Who is responsible

The short version
You can browse this site without giving us any personal information. We do not sell data, our own statistics are anonymous, and Google Analytics is only used if you accept it in the cookie banner.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Hostinger. When you open a page, the server automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Our own visitor statistics
We count page views and clicks on this site with our own statistics tool, which runs on our server. It sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses. To count a visitor once per day, your IP address and browser type are turned into an anonymous code that changes daily and cannot be traced back to you. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal, nothing is recorded.
Cookies and analytics
We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited most. Google Analytics only loads after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you click "Reject", it is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Google may process this data on servers outside Switzerland and the EU, including in the United States.
Embedded content
Some pages show content from other services. When that content loads, the provider receives your IP address and may set its own cookies:
- Bandsintown: the list of upcoming shows on the Shows page.
- YouTube: video preview images load with the page; the video player itself only loads after you press play.
- Google Drive: the PDF viewer on the Branding page.
These providers are responsible for their own data processing. Please see their privacy policies for details.
Links to other sites
Links to streaming platforms, social networks and ticket sellers take you to websites we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Newsletter
If you sign up for email updates, your email address is stored with our email service provider MailerLite, which also sends the emails. We use it only to send you news about releases and shows. The emails may record whether you open them and which links you click. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
Contacting us
If you email us or send a message through the contact form or the demo form, we use your message and contact details only to answer you and to handle your request. The form sends your name, email address and message by email to the team inbox you chose; the website itself does not store the message. We keep emails only as long as needed for that purpose.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its use, and to complain to your data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email hello@lukasgoss.com.
Changes
We may update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
